Company History Nix Electric Company (NECO) is a family owned business founded in April 1952, as Transformer Repair Service in Greenville, Texas, by Hoyt C. Nix. Transformer Repair Service was relocated to Lubbock, Texas, in 1961 and was later incorporated as Nix Electric Company. Our headquarters remain in Lubbock with branch facilities in Odessa, Texas, to serve the petroleum industry, and Mansfield, Texas, to serve the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. NECO has over eighty employees to service our customers encompassing the Southwestern United States.
